This was made known in a statement dished out by the Commissioner of Environment and Water Resources, MrTokunbo Wahab, on his X timeline on Saturday.
He stated that , “6 defaulters were earlier today arrested for open urination on rail track in front of Nigeria Army Shopping Complex, Arena, Oshodi.”
