A downpour, which started about 4pm on tuesday afternoon and lasted till 6pm has ended up flooding some houses around Mobil Ring Road in Ibadan and beside palms shopping mall where shop rite is located.
According to some residents who were at the scene stated that they are not sure if children and even adults are not inside the flooded area.
Our reporter reported that the flooding has caused panic and damages to residents staying around the mobil ring road axis of Ibadan.
The residents of this area had called upon the Oyo state Government to rescue them about the incident.
